Our private suites in downtown Vancouver are designed for independent beauty, wellness, and small business professionals who want the freedom to create a space that reflects their unique style and brand, while being part of a supportive community that lifts each other up.

Combined we have 10 spaces.
Available Spaces
All locations include:
● Option to add your own personal parking space! $25/wk (based on availability)
● All Utilities included plus WIFI, and Triple Net (NNN) included.
● Advertising for your business on our website & social media.
● Advertising for your business on exterior of the building
Leasing Details:
● Deposit is equal to 4 weeks rent.
● 50% of deposit is due to officially take the space
The remaining 50% is due up to 45 days later
● Lease terms 6mo, 9mo or 1yr
● We are now offering month to month but the discounts does not
apply.
● If you’d like to share a Suite it's an additional $25 per week.
